BUSTED! Switzerland’s Swiss Federal Railway service has accused Apple of copying without permission and using their famous clock in its latest iOS 6 Clock app for the iPad. The clock designed in the 1940s by Hans Hilfiker, is a historical landmark in Switzerland and the trademark and copyright for the clock is owned by the Swiss Federal Railways service. After all the drama Apple has been going through recently its hard to imagine they would try to pull off a stunt like this.
