Google has been playing around with doodles since before the company was even incorporated. Google Doodles are the spontaneous Google logo changes occurring randomly which “celebrate holidays, anniversaries and the lives of famous artists, pioneers and scientists.” There is actually a team of Googlers who regularly brainstorm future Google doodle ideas as well as review submissions from the public.
